Who is allowed to invite new users?
Only users with 'Full Access' permission level are allowed to invite users or make any changes to existing users.
Which access levels the platform supports?
GrowInsights supports 3 access levels:
Full access - users can access every area of the platform and perform all available actions e.g. upload data, adjust account settings, invite users, etc.
Administrative - users can access most areas of the platform and perform most available actions with some restrictions. Administrative users cannot invite other users or modify existing user accounts.
Practitioner - users have access to their own data via the Personal Dashboard. These users can view various metrics available on the Personal Dashboard and utilise data filters to adjust the report date range, data resolution, and location.
How do I invite a practitioner to access the platform?
Navigate to the Team page.
Click 'Invite team member'.
Fill out the form.
Under 'Role', select Practitioner from the dropdown box.
In the 'Practitioner' dropdown below, select the name of the practitioner you wish to grant access to.
Click 'Save Changes'. This will send an invitation email to the provided email address. The user will need to accept the invite by confirming their account via a button in the invitation email.
